Evergreen Operations Co-op Program
The Evergreen Operations Co-op Program was established to provide leadership and business training to college juniors and seniors in co-operative programs. Participants in this program are hired as Customer Service Representatives in the Client Services department. Evergreen Operations Co-op Program is also open to college juniors and seniors enrolled part time.
Program overview
- Positions available in Boston, MA
- Paid positions
- Six weeks paid training
- Participants are expected to work full time
during the summer and part time (approximately 15 hours per week) once classes
begin. Work schedule is set by manager and participant, based on participant’s
class schedule

Evergreen Associate
Evergreen Investments created the Associate program to provide participants with leadership development training. Associates are assigned a mentor and have exposure to key leaders within the organization. Associates perform historical and/or analytical research as assigned. They also are given opportunities to offer possible solutions to current or future business needs.
Applicant qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, finance or related field is required
- Experience in financial service industry is highly desirable
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to work some nights and weekends, when required
- Ability to travel, when necessary
Program overview
- Positions available in Boston, MA and Charlotte, NC
- Program length: One year, with option for extension
- Eligible for employee benefits

Evergreen Investments Intern — summer
The summer internship program is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to work in a leading asset management firm that places a high value on education and continuous learning. The program includes a speaker series plus social and networking events.
Applicant qualifications include:
- College juniors and seniors with a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Excellent computer skills with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work some nights and weekends, when required
- Ability to travel, when necessary

- Program length: 10 weeks
