Programs available for recent graduates are:

Evergreen Associate — one year

Evergreen Investments created the Associate program to provide participants with leadership development training. Associates are assigned a mentor and have exposure to key leaders within the organization. Associates perform historical and/or analytical research as assigned. They also are given opportunities to offer possible solutions to current or future business needs.

Applicant qualifications include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance or related field is required
  • Experience in financial services industry is highly desirable
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work some nights and weekends, when required
  • Ability to travel, when necessary

Program overview

  • Positions available in Boston, MA and Charlotte, NC
  • Program length: One year, with option for extension
  • Eligible for employee benefits

Evergreen Quantitative Research Intern — summer

The summer internship program is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to work in a leading asset management firm that places a high value on education and continuous learning.

Applicant qualifications include:

  • MBA candidate or Master’s degree candidate in quantitative finance
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering or computer science
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Experience using following tools: Yield Book, POINT, Bloomberg or Barra
  • Ability to demonstrate skills with programming software (VBA and Matlab) and database software (MS Access and SQL)

  • Program length: 10 weeks
