What browser should I use to view this site?

A.

This site is best viewed on a personal computer (PC) using the latest version of Internet Explorer. If you are accessing your fund account online, you will also need a browser that supports 128-bit encryption. To check your browser setting on a PC, go to your browser’s toolbar and select Help. From the Help menu, select “About Internet Explorer.” The browser cipher strength or encryption should be listed in the informational window.

What do I need to access a PDF?

A.

PDF stands for Portable Document Format and is a universal tool for transmitting electronic files. You can access any PDF on EvergreenInvestments.com using Adobe® Reader®, which is usually already installed on most machines. Adobe Reader is available free of charge by Adobe Systems Inc.

What do I need to access audio and videos on EvergreenInvestments.com?

A.

To access audio and video on EvergreenInvestments.com, your computer must be equipped with the following:

  • Windows 95/98/NT or later
  • A 56 k/second Internet connection or higher
  • Windows Media Player and 10 megabytes of free disk space.

Advisor Site Registration

Q.

How do I register for access to the advisor site?

A.

Select Register from the left navigation column to register for access to the Financial Advisor site. Complete the registration form and submit. Upon verification of your registration, you will receive your username and a temporary password by e-mail. You will have to create a new password the first time you log into the site.

Password requirements

A password should be between 7 and 20 characters and must contain:

  • At least 1 letter. Please note: passwords are case sensitive
  • At least 1 number
  • No spaces

Q.

What happens if I select the "Save my username" option when I log in?

A.

When you select this option in the login area of the home page, your system will be enabled to auto-populate the username field using a cookie. (A cookie is a small file used to help track visitors on a particular Web site and is only accessible by the Web site that created it.) The next time you go to EvergreenInvestments.com, your username should automatically appear in the username box and you will only need to enter your password to gain access. However, if you delete cookies from your computer’s temporary Internet file, you will have to re-enter your username the next time you log in.

How do I reset my password?

A.

Choose Lost Username/Password, one of the left navigation links in this section, or select “login help” from the login box on the Home page. Reset your password, by providing the following information:

  • Username
  • Last name
  • E-mail address that you registered with

After the system has validated your information, an e-mail with your username and a new password will be sent to you. The first time you log in with this new password, you will be prompted to reset your security questions and create a new password.

If I forget my username, what should I do?

A.

If you are a shareholder and receive account statements from Evergreen Investments, please contact Shareholder Services. Go to Contact Us to find the mode of communication that best suits your needs.

If you are a Financial Advisor, please contact Broker Dealer Services. Log in to the Financial Advisor site and go to Contact Us to find the mode of communication that best suits your needs.

How do I get the answers to questions directly related to my account(s)?

A.

If you are an individual investor, go to Account Information, or select "Contact Us" from the top navigation for information on how to contact Evergreen's Shareholder Services.

If you are a Financial Advisor, log in to the Financial Advisor site to reach Vision® Account Access. Or, call Broker Dealer Services. Information on how to contact Broker Dealer Services is located on the "Contact Us" page of the Advisor site.

If you represent an institution (e.g., a corporation, foundation, endowment, public fund, Taft-Hartley plan) and want to access your institution's Evergreen institutional money market fund account or separately managed Evergreen account, please contact the Institutional Services Team at 800.847.5397 or go to the Institutional site and select the "Account Access" tab. You can also contact your Evergreen client manager.

How do I add, change or delete the beneficiary for my IRA?

A.

Please download the IRA Beneficiary Designation form within the Literature Library. Fill it out, and fax or mail to Shareholder Services. This form can be used for Evergreen IRAs, TSAs and DCRPs - which includes 401(k), profit sharing and pension plans.
